This workout combines strength training and pilates inspired movements. Our heated sculpt classes focus on improving flexibility, building strength through using light weights and other equipment. Grip socks are encouraged but not required for this class.

A grounded, fiery Pilates class with a beat-based twist. This class uses small props for maximum burn. Think core burners, glute pulses, and lengthening flows, all synced to the rhythm of curated playlists.

This 45-minute class blends beat-based intervals, explosive cardio, and muscle endurance work in a high-energy, high-heat environment. We rotate through mat-based sequences with minimal rest to keep heart rates high and energy flowing. You will use weights, resistance bands, core sliders and other equipment for a variety of exercises.

Low-rep, high-weight. This is your go-to class for lifting heavy, with longer rest periods, perfect form, and curated beats to keep you locked in. Performed in 85–90° heat for optimal mobility and muscle activation, Heated Strength is less bounce, more grit.
