Studio Policies

Cancelation Policy

Classes canceled within 8 hours of the class start time are considered late cancels. Late cancels will result in a loss of credit of fee, based on your credit/membership type.

Classes must be canceled through our website or our app. We cannot accommodate cancelation requests through social media messages or emails.

No Show Policy

No shows for a reserved class will result in a $12 fee.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class to ensure everyone is able to set up their areas and class can begin on times.

Anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed in and will be considered a no show. This is for safety and to not disrupt the class.

Waitlist Policy

By joining the waitlist you are committing to attending class and will be automatically added to class as spots open. Those on the waitlist will automatically be added to class more than 2 hours prior to the start of class. If you get added to a class and need to cancel, regular cancelation policies apply.

In Studio Policy

Grip socks and mat towels are required for all participants in all classes for safety and support. If you do not have your own, grip socks and mat towels are available for purchase or rent in the studio.
