Heated HIIT

Description:
This 45-minute class blends beat-based intervals, explosive cardio, and muscle endurance work in a high-energy, high-heat (90–95°) environment. We rotate through stations or mat-based sequences with minimal rest to keep heart rates high and energy flowing.

Goals: Fat burn, stamina, peak heart rate conditioning.

Props Used: Dumbbells (medium-heavy), Bala bangles, resistance bands, gliders, core sliders

Studio Guideline Highlights:

  • Expect to sweat and push your limits.

  • Movement syncs to tempo but form stays top priority.

  • Sneakers optional but not required.
