Heated Power Yoga

Description:
This vinyasa-based class flows to the rhythm of energizing playlists in 90–95° heat. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as you move through standing sequences, arm balances, and creative transitions — all choreographed to music that moves you.

Goals: Increase mobility, build deep strength, connect breath and body.

Props Used: Blocks, straps, optional Bala weights for added challenge

Studio Guideline Highlights:

  • Intermediate to advanced pace; however, all levels are welcome.

  • Music-driven with longer holds and occasional bursts of power.

  • Leave judgment and expectations at the door.
