Heated Sculpt
Description:
A rhythmic, high-intensity fusion of strength, cardio bursts, and yoga-inspired movement in a 95° heated room. Expect the BEAT to guide you through squats, lunges, planks, pulses, and flows using light to moderate dumbbells, Bala Bangles, resistance bands, and gliders.
Goals: Build endurance, sculpt lean muscle, ignite metabolism.
Props Used: 2–8 lb dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights (Bala), sliders, resistance bands, pilates/Bala rings, pilates balls
Studio Guideline Highlights:
Bring a towel—this one gets sweaty.
Shoes off, mat grippy.
Beginners welcome, modifications offered, but expect intensity.
